Menu Glitch

  • The menu on our website has always been glitchy, but it seems to be worse lately. When you open our page, if your cursor is near the menu it will expand the drop down menu, but then it will be stuck open even if you move your cursor unless you refresh the page. When it is stuck open, if you do try to click one of the menu items from the expanded drop down it will disappear. It does not happen every time, but it seems to happen more often now. Is there anything that might be causing this?

  • Hi, @asal3 ! Have you solved your problem? I am using Firefox on a MacBook, and I don’t see the behavior you describe, the menus work just fine.

    Thank you for checking! I have not solved it yet. It does not happen every time, so it is hard to show. We have had this issue for a while now on multiple different browsers.

    I tried Chrome on Windows, and the menus are slower to disappear, but I haven’t had them stuck open. You could probably contact the agency that created the site, they should be able to replicate the issue, and fix it.
