Menu gets cut off at bottom, tried fixes in support thread and does not work

Hi, hope this message finds you healthy and well.

Our menu ( “Shop” dropdown ) is getting cut off at the bottom because there are a lot of items in it. I found this fix to enable a scroll but it does not seem to work.

Thanks for posting a link.

At the moment you have the sub menu set to display as a flyout menu, and it is not possible to add a scrollbar to that (as it breaks the sub-sub-menus).

For large/long menus it is better to set the sub menu to display as a mega menu, which will give you a wide, multi column panel (which allows the menu to be shorter). You can also add a scrollbar to a mega menu. To see how to convert your flyout menu to a mega menu, please see:
