    Hi all!

I know I have done this b4 – but I think the new WP version has changed things. All I want 2 do is format my menu in a manner that suits my site rather than alphabetically. We used to be able to drag and drop the page names in the order we want. I can’t find where to do that now. I did try the archives, but I keep getting responses that are quite old.

I suspect this is very basic stuff – ‘sorry 4 the question! Any help wld be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers! Marty

  • It depends how your theme displays the menu. You could try adding a number to the page order box on the write page screen starting at ‘0’ for the first page and then the higher the number the further down your list the page will move.

    Thanks 4 the tip.

I did figure it out by adding a custom menu and then designating that menu as the one my website supports. The guy who developed my template might have laid the foundation 4 this – I don’t know.

I checked in another site I did previously, and found my answer. Thx 4 replying.
