    Hello there,

    Since a few weeks, the menu on the mobile version of my website doesn’t expand, which is a problem because it links to all of my products.

    It works well when visiting with a computer though. I checked and the theme is updated. I asked for help on the french forum last week but got no answer for now and the matter is quite urgent.

    Hi @lesdessinsdeclementine I cannot replicate this issue, on my site the mobile menu is expanding as expected as shown in this screenshot. This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, if the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles. If you can install plugins, install and activate Health Check.

    It will add some additional features under the menu item under Tools > Site Health. On its troubleshooting tab, you can Enable Troubleshooting Mode. This will disable all plugins, switch to a standard WordPress theme (if available), allow you to turn your plugins on and off, and switch between themes, without affecting normal visitors to your site. This allows you to test for various compatibility issues.

    Additionally, it looks like your site is hosted on WordPress.com, I would also suggest reaching out to their support team for this issue.

    Thanks for your quick reply. I followed your instructions but could not source the problrm. I contacted directement the WordPress assistance, it turns out the bug comes from the theme Twenty Sitxteen which was reported already but not fixed yet.

    Hi @lesdessinsdeclementine thank you for the update, this does seem closely related to the WordPress.com server. I think I found the GitHub issues were this was reported, I will leave it here for future reference:
