Menu don't work proper in my theme

    Hey I’m start using WPGlobus for multi language. Rest of all are work except in the Menu. Menu showing such as {:en}Home #4{:}{:fr}Accueil{:}. I just happen in current theme which was bought from theme developer. I already tested with other theme and it’s work. Theme developer don’t want to fix for it. Could someone provide to me to fix it.
