The URL you shared doesn’t work. Could you confirm if it is valid? or is there any IP restriction?

    Hi Kharis,

I just tried and it didn’t seem to work. Any other options?

    Regards,
    Stefan.

    Dear Stefan,

Other plugin’s script might interfere its behavior. Please try to temporarily deactivate the all non-required plugins and clear all cache.

    Kharis

Did you make any changes to the theme? I don’t see a footer on your site. If somehow you are preventing the loading of footer.php, then that is the problem. footer.php loads some javascript files which are needed for the operation of the mobile menu.

Hi I am having the same problem. The menu appears briefly on opening on an ipad and then disappears and doesn’t return. How can I fix this?

I have increased the size of the logo in the header not sure if that would cause the menu problem.

Ginny, when posting a question, please include a link to your site. Thanks.

Okay, maby Minify HTML is the problem. I deactivate all plugins i can. And clear my cache but it didn’t seem to work. I’m at a loss.

    Hello @stefanvers,

Please go to Appearance > Editor > navigate to page-templates/page_front-page.php file. Does the <?php get_footer(); ?> line exist there?

For quick fix, try to delete the current active Sydney theme, then install the fresh one.

    Regards,
    Kharis

    Hi,
I’m having the same problem. Mobile-Menue-Icon appears but klicking it has no effects.
Get_Footer line exists. Also increased the site-logo height. Any suggestions?

    Tosson:

The problem is you have a text slider that you are using to display the button labeled Weiter…. The slider is positioned on top of the mobile menu button, so the button is not clickable. Did you position the slider that way? Is the only purpose of the slider is to display that button?
