Menu doesen't work with Java script in the html

Hi, I’ve insert a javascript in a page and the menu doesn’t work anymore: the links don’w work and it has gone up,a little out of the screen.
The javascript is for having the page responsive, here it is the script:

I’ve tried with another theme, call RESPONSIVE, and everything work.
What can I do?
