Menu does not work

I need two menu items on my sticky header: [ART] [ABOUT]
“ART” should do the same as clicking on my name seen on the left of the page: load the homepage, fabiovenetz.com. “ABOUT” should be linked to fabiovenetz.com/about.

However the header of ParallaxSome has a weird settings menu that I don’t understand and I don’t understand how I could link those buttons to the menu that I create in the WP dashboard.

Right now when you click on “ABOUT” it opens fabiovenetz.com/#section-about, a page that doesn’t exist, hence it doesn’t load anything.

Please let me know how I can either:
-link my dashboard menu to the ParallaxSome header
or
-replace the ParallaxSome header items with my dashboard menu while keeping the same style
or
-get the ParallaxSome header items to open the desired pages
or
-get a plugin that gives me the same transparent sticky header as ParallaxSome offers

In case it’s relevant: I’m using ElementorPro for all the rest of the page.
