    Hello

I setup the Mobile Menu Plugin and its perfect – when it works.

The menu is not visible on the site on the first visit – but if you reload the page the menu is suddenly visible. Meaning that the user would have to reload the site / visit a sub page, before the new mobile menu is shown. let me show you an example:

    First visit:
    https://imgur.com/a/5VOdai6

    After reloading the page:

On picture 2, we have the correct menu. But the user would have the reload the page / visit some of my subpages before actually getting the right menu.

Has anyone experienced something like this?

  • hi lskip,

i have made the experience that some cookie banners prevent the loading of wordpress elements because they only load the entire page after pressing “consent” and then, strangely enough, some elements are still not loaded.

only after refreshing the page does the page appear completely. maybe this is also the case with you. i hope this helps you.

    greetings

    Hi @lskip,

Sorry for the delay. I checked your site a couple times and I’m seeing it fine.

It could have been a cache issue, don’t forget to purge any cache plugin.

Is it sorted at the moment?
