Menu does not show on site backend

  • On my site, I see the Preloader Plus plugin on the left and the default preloader runs. However, I do not see any of the internal menu items that one would normally see on the side menu of wordpress.

  • Same here. I had installed it on a site previously and it is working but the menu there has vanished also.

    Looks like in 2 days no response.

    Sorry for the late response. benjaminmr I need the login details to see where the problem is. Maybe a screenshot of it will be better.
    baldeaglemall and benjaminmr: Can you please tell me which wordpress version you are using? And which plugin version?
