Menu does not disappear fully on mobile scroll up

I tried to understand the mechanism, what makes the header disappear on mobile scroll up motion, but can’t find. What does it?

Because my problem is that part of the header is half-hidden on scroll up, it looks very bad. I should change somehow the offset at scroll up motion.
