    Hi,

I’m having an issue with the vertical menu on the link mentioned: it displays expanded and without arrows where it should be displayed collapsed (like on this page; https://imaginatie.dewebconnectie.nl/scholing/). So, on a normal page it displays how it should, but on a project page (course) or post it dispays the wrong way.

    How can i fix this?

    Regards, Ester

    Sorry for so late response.

Can you tell us what version are you using?

    Hi dear user.

It seems there is a conflict with your theme or plugins. We will suggest to make a backup before these changes.

Change your theme and test our plugin with a standard WordPress theme.

If it doesn’t help, then deactivate your plugins one by one and check our plugin. In this way, we will find from where comes the conflict.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

I’ve had all plugins disabled and issue still there, so it must be the theme. I’m using Divi, which is a widely used theme.

I really hope you can find a fix for this!

    Thanks and regards

    Hi dear user.

We updated our plugin and fixed the bug with the arrow. Update our plugin, then clear your website and browser caches and check it again.

About the submenu, when the submenu is active it displays expanded, so there is such an option, you need to configure it from the admin panel.

In our plugin General Settings page you will see such an option – “When to display the Submenu”, just select “Don’t display”.

    Thanks.
