Menu display in IE runs off page

  • Site displays well in Firefox, but creates double menu line in IE, making it run off the page. Is there a way to size the menu font or spacing down so it can support more items in IE??? Site is https://www.gov360.org

    That’s the top Menu, but both could be smaller.

    I was able to fix the top menu by scaling down the text and spaces.

    How can I make the right-hand widget sidebar move further to the right (to the edge of the page and make it narrower???
