Menu disappears with Gallery

funny you mention that because I just noticed the SAME THING yesterday happening on my page…

My menu is Upper right corner on EVERY page…. except for the 2 pages I have NextGen Gallery on, the menu is missing.

I’m very sorry to hear of the missing menu… very odd, I’m wondering if you both happen to be using the same theme or another plugin that’s not agreeing with our plugin. Let’s first check to see if there is a plugin conflict happening. Temporarily deactivate all plugins, then reactivate NextGEN Gallery only. Does the issue still appear? If so, temporarily switch to a WordPress default theme (this deactivation is only intended to quickly check to see if the issue goes away or is still present). If by deactivating the other plugins the issue does go away, reactivate each of the other plugins one at a time to locate the culprit. Keep me posted on your results ??

it’s ok I added it on thrivethemes and it’s working now with their menu…thank you!

I resolved it too just now.
It was not the theme but the gallery browsing option.

Under “OTHER OPTIONS” and Lightbox Effects, the setting was set to FancyBox.

When I changed this to NextGen Pro LightBox, the menus came back.

When I change back to FancyBox the menus disappear.

I will be sticking w/ the Pro LightBox. It must have gone back to that other default because I had recently done a full uninstall and reinstall with support while troubleshooting a bug we found.
