Hey team, I am facing an issue and I hope you can help me fix it I have just installed WP Rocket on my website but once they cache a page all the content related to the menu is not showing in the source code. I’ve tried excluding js/css files from being optimized but still I have the same issue. I’ve contacted the WP rocket team as well but I was wondering if you have any idea what may cause the issue as well. Regards

    Hi @alexdrone,

That situation is caused by the way WP Rocket works.
Try to disable the Safe mode for jQuery option in WP Rockect.

    https://www.wpmobilemenu.com/knowledgebase/tips-tricks/exclude-mobile-menu-javascript-from-wp-rocket/

Let me know if it worked.

@takanakui thank you for your immediate answer. I found this article but this option is no longer available in WP-Rocket ?? Under Load JS defered I have this section: Excluded JavaScript Files
Specify URLs or keywords of JavaScript files to be excluded from defer (one per line)

Thanks for the heads up. Will update the documentation.

Try for testing purposes to disable WP Rocket and clear cache to confirm that the Mobile Menu should display fine. If this is confirmed you can also report this to the WP Rocket team to avoid back and forward saying that the problem is in the plugin x, y , z.

Also in WP Mobile Menu try to disable the option (if enabled) “Enable only in mobile devices” and use the width trigger instead let’s say at 1024px to see if that makes any difference.

    Let me know.

Hey I’ve disabled the option “Enable only in mobile devices” and now the menu is working as should. Thank you so much for the suggestion!
