The topnav menu has disappeared, both in backend and frontend. I re-created the menu in the backend, and I can see it there, but it does not show up at all in the front end.

    Hi @rrias,

Can you please let me know what is your site URL so I can see the issue?
Also, did you make sure you have the menu selected in Manage Locations https://prnt.sc/eh2kxd ?
    Thank you,
    Rodica

Ok, so here’s the funky thing about this. When I do it through the Customize Appearance interface, it lets me set up the menu and specify it, and shows it to me in the preview of the page. Then I hit save, but the menu does not show up on the site itself.

BUT – when I go to set up the menu through the Menus interface, it won’t let me save the menu at all! I add all the pages and custom links, everything looks great, and when I hit save, all the items disappear from the menu I just set up! It just clears everything out. I’ve never seen something like this before.

The menu was working fine on Friday before the Great Weird Self Reset of 2017.

Aaaand this seems to be due to the latest WordPress update. I downgraded WordPress to the previous version and the menu started working fine again. Not the theme’s fault at all!
