Hi All,

I need to translate the menu navigation custom links but want to keep the “base” so that the translated version of the custom page show up. The text translation works but the URL does keep the initial /es/ or /nl/ etc

For example

%What ever language is select%/custom-link/page

How can this be done?

Hi Alex,

Is this for in the theme’s function file?

This doesn’t seem to work..

https://www.learn-english.ie/es/ (If you select any of the “Cursos”) you see it reverts back to the standard base

This is for file “functions.php” of your active theme.
Sorry I can not get what do you want to do.

Ok so if on this page

https://www.learn-english.ie/es/

I select Cursos, Ingles General for example it should open

https://www.learn-english.ie/es/k-course/general-english/

but instead it opens

https://www.learn-english.ie/k-course/general-english/

WPGlobus localizes internal URLs by default.
You can activate standard theme, e.g. 2016 and to check.

Sure but these are not internal urls, is there a way to format the custom_link option in WordPress menu to keep the base url path?
