Menu Custom Link to Page

I have a Genesis theme from Studiopress. The main menu has main pages and some Custom Links. Now I am not able to create a Main Page, because when I activate this page into the Main Menu in gets activated as a Custom Link. A Custom Link cannot open by a click and I do not sub-pages.
How to stop this conversation?
