Menu custom link add or delete en/es

I made the language menu with a custom link inn the menu section.

In english I put for example https://mydomain.com (spanish is my default language)but when I save the change they automaticly add “en”, and the link looks https://mydomain.com/en

In spanish I put https://mydomain.com/en but when I save they delete the “en”
