• In internet explorer, the menu covers part of the text of your post. It doesn’t appear to be an issue in netscape. Has anyone else noticed? Is there a fix? It appears to occur in the generic template distributed with WordPress. Thanks for any help.
In an effort to be clear, the menu is to the right of the screen. The left edge of the menu overlaps and covers the right part of the posted text. Often it cuts off about 5 or 6 characters. I am using msie at 1280 x 1040.

  • I haven’t noticed this but IE and Netscape/Mozilla do interpret the stylesheet in different ways. IE6 even interprets styles quite differently between HTML 4.01 and XHTML 1.0 doctypes as I found out recently.

What version of WP? 0.71? 0.72RC1?

God, simply make the ‘comments’ box smaller (ive see the website and it simply hangs over about 2cm)…

I just made the left margin of content div bigger (something like 185 I think) and that seemed to cure the problem. I saw it, someone else wrote me and asked me why it was doing it and so I asked another friend to check it and they saw it. I had changed nothing and saw it in another example site I looked at. Anyway, no biggie anymore I guess for me.
I do wish God would work on my site, but unfortunately I think he is busy.
