Menu covering header image on mobile

    I know you’ve covered this topic before, but the issue is still occurring when I access my site on a mobile device. Also, only part of the header shows, not the entire banner.
    I tired the css code you suggested, but in addition to moving the menu down on the mobile, it also moved it down on my laptop screen. Is there a code I can use that will only move the menu down on mobiles? My website is https://www.austinrwa.org
