Menu conflict with Hongo theme

    hi, I like your plugin, but there appears to be a conflict between the Accordion plugin and the mobile drop-down menus for Hongo theme by Themezaa.

    When the plugin is installed, the accordion itself works as expected. But the nested drop-down menus in the Hongo theme stop working.

    Steps: On mobile, tap the hamburger menu at the top of the page, then tap the arrow next to ‘Shop’.
    The nested menu won’t expand.
    I tried it on multiple mobile devices and browsers and the result is the same.

    The issue is on mobile only, on desktop the theme menu works OK.

    Disabling the Accordion plugin solves the issue and the Hongo theme menus work again correctly.

    Is there a way to solve it?

    We have checked our plugin with Hongo theme and the menus are working well so please deactivate some plugins and activate again and that which plugin is conflict with them.

    First I disabled all plugins except for Responsive Accordion and the 4 mandatory plugins for the Hongo Theme to run:
    Woocommerce
    Hongo AddOns
    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder

    The Hongo mobile nested menu (‘Shop’ in the hamburger menu) still doesn’t expand.

    After disabling Responsive Accordion the Hongo mobile menu starts working normally.

    Re-enabling Responsive Accordion the Hongo mobile menu stops working again.

    I also tried disabling Slider Revolution (leaving just Woocommerce, Hongo AddOns, WPBakery Page Builder), but it made no difference. Only disabling Responsive Accordion restores the Hongo mobile menu functionality.

    Hey @duggy2010 did you find a solution to this issue?

    I am having the exact same problem with mobile menus not opening when the Accordian FAQ plugin is activated. I am running a different theme though. There must be some thing common between the two themes that the Accordian FAQ plugin is conflicting with. @lokeshkalosiya

    hi @richtoymedia ,

    No it was not resolved. The issue still exists. The Hongo theme mobile menus don’t expand while Accordian FAQ plugin is enabled. There are not other plugins causing it (I disabled them all while testing).
