Menu Compatibility With Tablets

  • I have been using Hemingway as our site’s theme but I just noticed recently that the menu isn’t responsive on a Tablet. I have JetPack Mobile turned on, so we can navigate our site’s menu on a phone. But I haven’t figured out how to go in and change the settings under Hemingway to make the theme responsive to a menu on a Tablet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I′m trying Hemingway theme and it is responsive from the moment that you activate it.

    1. Do you need for sure to activate the Jetpack mobile? Try turn it off.

    2. If the problem is still there, maybe there is a plugin that generate some kind of conflict. You can turn them off and check one by one if any of them are causing the issue.

    Hey Bensita.

    I needed our website to display correctly on a cell phone so that’s why I turned on Jetpack mobile. With Jetpack mobile off, our site’s menu is unresponsive just as it is currently on a tablet. Unfortunately Jetpack mobile is not configured for tablets.

    I did turn on and off the plugins, going through each of them and that didn’t help either.
