You could try some custom CSS (Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Elicit Theme Options > Custom CSS):

.navbar-inverse .navbar-nav li a {
  color: orange;
}

Thanks for the guidance, @stephencottontail. That changes the text color, but I’m trying to get the whole menu bar color changed.
