    Add this css in a child theme or a plug-in that allows you to add custom css code. I use the Simple Custom CSS plug-in.

    Substitute your color for #ccc

    .nav-menu li a {color:#ccc;}

    Hello,

    You could target the menu with custom CSS, or simply navigate to Appearance > Customize. You can edit the styles of much of the theme from within, including the colors of the menu.
