Menu changes

Hi,

Three questions on updating the look of my menu:

1. How do I change the font color on my menu? They are in white, but the page the user is viewing appears in blue. I want to change the highlighted color to red.

2. How do I center the menu?

3. How can I remove the two icons on the right side: magnifying lens + three bars?
