Have you set up any categories and assigned them to posts?

yes i created category, and add 1 after 2… after 5 category menu crash and go in 404 page, and if i add all category at same time go in page 404 is very strange

Add a mew post and assign it to a new category “WP Test”. Do nothing else. Let’s see what happens.

if i add 4 category is ok if i add the 5 category to menu and save, the save option redirect me in 404 page, if the category is 4 no.

You will get 404 errors if you add categories and try to use them if there are no posts.

I think we have a translation problem.

What I’d like you to do is:

1. Add a new post.
2. On the right, add a NEW category “HELLO STEVE”.
3. Verify that “HELLO STEVE” appears in the category widget on your home page.
4. Go to Appearance->Menus and add a category menu for the HELLO STEVE category to your top level menu items.
