    Hi @ecologicmarketing,

I noticed that your site is sitting behind some security features that require a password to be viewed. This makes troubleshooting from our side very tricky. Rather than sharing the logins here in such a public setting, please create a staging site that’s publicly accessible and that shows the same kind of problem you’re experiencing as on your private site. If you’re wondering, here are some guides on setting up a staging site: https://woocommerce.com/posts/what-is-staging-site-wordpress-how-to-set-one-up/

In the meantime, you can run a conflict test to help you identify the cause of the issue. More info: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Let me know once you have done a conflict test!

    Hi Shameem,

    Thank you for the clarification.

Indeed, I am using a plugin to put a password on the site so that it is inaccessible from the public, but also to prevent search engines from indexing the website just yet.

Is there no way I can send you the password privately?

I did all the conflict testing when I was trying to resolve this issue with Elementor. We exhausted all the conflict possibilities, plugins, theme, cache, custom code, etc.

    Hey, @ecologicmarketing!

I understand, unfortunately, we cannot accept the credentials for security reasons.

Some hosts will allow you to have the website hidden from search engines. If this is an option on your host, and you are able to do it, please let us know.

But for now, let’s work with what we have ??

I did all the conflict testing when I was trying to resolve this issue with Elementor. We exhausted all the conflict possibilities, plugins, theme, cache, custom code, etc.

To confirm, does that mean that you were able to replicate this issue having only WooCommerce active and not other plugin (including Elementor)?

The cart that opens on the side, is this a feature from the theme you are using, Elementor, or another plugin?

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!
