Menu captions not localized?

    The menu captions don’t seem to be localized (e.g. “Intelligent Character Replacement”) although languages “German” and “German (formal)” are listed as 100% translated. Are these labels i18n?

    What do you mean by “menu captions”, the tab headers? On what version of WordPress (and which localization exactly) are you having this issue? Could you please provide a screenshot? All plugin strings are localized and should be properly translated (if not, it’s a bug).

    The language files hadn’t been installed!
