Menu Button On Phone

    Every time I pull up my website on my phone the normal menu tabs are condensed into a button titled “Menu”. When I touch this (iPhone 4), nothing happens. It’s like it is treating it as a non-functional image or something.

    This is my first website. I am using the twenty twelve theme. I would really like for everything to function properly on smart phones because that is the method that most of the people I know will visit my site from.

  • The small menu for small screens is a responsive feature of twenty twelve, so it’s doing what it’s supposed to do, but it is supposed to expand to a menu when pressed or clicked. Can you give a link to your site so others on the forum can test it?

    Try deactivating any plugins you have installed.
    If that doesn’t work, I wonder if somehow your twenty twelve has become corrupt. Try changing to twenty eleven theme, deleting twenty twelve, then reinstall twenty twelve and reactivate.
