Thanks, IE9 definitely running in normal mode & it’s all fine in version 4.2.4 – does appear to be a 4.3 thing.

Does it work correctly in other browsers such as FireFox or Chrome?

Yes, all works fine in other browsers

Are you able to upgrade your IE version?

You could use this tool to confirm it is an IE9 issue.

Possibly, am working with a client who’s IT admins don’t like to upgrade things! Hopefully this will force the issue. Thanks for the help.

Have exactly the same problem. Worked fine until the (Automatic – Aaarrrghh) update to 4.3. The same problem on different computers running IE9. Definitely a bug/incompatibility! Any fix available since my admin won’t upgrade IE in any time soon….???
