menu bugging

I all the sites in which I use customizr the same thing happens. I use W3TC and horizontal menu in all my sites with this them.

What happens is that sometimes on desktop the hamburger menu shows up and its not clickable.
If I flush caches everything works again, and the horizontal menu displays correctly.

What could be the problem?
