• Hi I’m a paying member for your plugin.

I have it installed on a site running BuddyBoss.

With the shortcode installed on a page, the profile header section of the page that is run by the buddy boss platform becomes unresponsive.

This is worse on mobile as it’s the only header menu that becomes available on the page and the user has no way to navigate away from the page other than going back with a swipe on their device.

Is there a way I can ensure my Buddyboss menu header is still able to be used when the weight tracker shortcode and widget are active?

Are you able to provide screenshots?

Any error logs on the server or chrome dev tools?

    Has this only just started?

    Cheers,

    Ali

I’ve just started a move to Buddyboss and this issue is on my staging site.

It’s happening with the main [wt] shortcode active on the page.

How can I give you the details you need to take a look?

Do you want access to the staging site?

    Thanks.

Sorry, I’m not sure how to give you the error details your talking about.

    Hi,

Yes, if you could send login details to [email protected] along with detailed instructions on how to reproduce.

Could ou ask your web developer / host for your PHP error logs.

    Cheers,

    Al
