• Gday!

I just realised I cannot view child pages in the navigation menu – when I click on the dropdown arrow, nothing appears. Is this a bug?

    Grateful for your assistance!

Edited to add – it seems that when I click on social icons, it does not launch those hyperlinks as well now. (This is happening on Chrome on Android)

    Hi @nicholasyeo,

The sub menu toggle works fine for me. It could be a cache issue in your browser after the latest updates. Try restarting your browser and check if that fixes it.

    Thanks for your speedy reply!

I’ve cleared the cache, reset Chrome on Android yet the issue persists on my phone.

Strangely, it also occurs when I load the page incognito or on the Samsung Internet app. (This is a Samsung S10 Plus by the way, I’m not sure if the extra-narrow screen width has any relation to the issue.)

I can’t seem to replicate the issue on my Mac desktop even with the window resized real narrow (which activates the menu modal).

Are there other things I should look into? The only other plugins I have installed are Jetpack, Really Simple SSL, Gutenberg and Akismet.

Here’s a video I captured of the issue:

    Sorry for the trouble…

I experience the same issue on the desktop with the menu dropdown on this staging site. The submenu items disappear when navigated to. When I disable the desktop menu, the dropdown menu works.

I changed the z-index of .main-menu-alt ul from 1 to 999 and that solves the issue.
