Menu Bar On Mobile View: Not dropping down

Hi,
I am using the Make theme on my WordPress website https://www.keepitmodest.com
If you test this site on a mobile or tablet, the Main Menu tabs do not show up. All that shows is a black bar that is not clickable.
How can I fix this?
