Menu Bar Not Working on Mobile

  • Hello,

    The Naviagation/Menu Bar on the mobile site (that lists the options to click on different pages) is not working on my mobile phone. I have tried updating all plugins and themes, deactivating every plugin, and searching every option available.

    Do you have any suggestions? The site loads perfectly, except the drop dow menu bar will not pop up at all on mobile. I am trying on an iPhone. The site is https://www.matthewandlilywed.com

  • Hello,

    Most likely you have a caching plugin because you’re loading an older version of navigation.js. You should clear the cache from that plugin’s options.

    Let me know how it goes.

    I downloaded w3 cache plugin and it made the site worse… I’m still stuck. Any suggestions?

    No, I asked if you have it, not that you should install it. So if you already have one clear the cache from its options.

    Try reinstalling the theme.

    i have similar problem, but what problem is why does instead of requiring one click it is required double click when navigating on the pages using your mobile device.
