MENU BAR – NOT WORKING

I would like to raise a concern.
It’s about our website https://www.centrichealthcare.org/, the MENU BAR when you’re in MOBILE VIEW is not functioning together with the search bar. When on SITE VIEW, nothing is wrong. Just on the MOBILE VIEW.
