• IE is at it again!! View my page (https://trashfolder.org/satoshi) in Firefox, and then view it in IE. It’s perfectly fine in Firefox, but in IE the menu bar doesn’t take up the same amount of space as it does in Firefox!

It was perfectly fine, I have no idea what caused this change, and I have no idea what to look for. I’ve scoured my CSS and even the header template but I can’t find anything out of the ordinary…

    Help?

Really? Sometimes our server has issues, but it’s up right now. It’s actually been very reliable as of late… Weird…

Maybe its just this computer. Its still not working ??

Fine for me just 2 secs ago…. Satoshi, I don’t know enough about tweaking wp yet to help with your nav bar problem, sorry!

Bah, Moose… I was just pissed off that I had spent so much time getting my site to work properly across both browsers that when this issue popped up, I kinda lost coherence… Hm… Maybe I’ll post a new topic, if I can’t find it on my own in the mean time..

    Satoshi,
I understand your frustrations. We’ve all been there, however one of my jobs here is to ensure that the questions have the best chance of being answered quickly and efficiently as well as trying to make it as easy as possible for future visitors to quickly and easily find a solution to their problem if it exists.

A good post title is a very important part of that. It benefits you first and foremost, as it’s more likely you will get a response from someone who might be familiar with your issue. If I was not here in the capacity of a designated support person, I can tell you that I would ignore all posts with names like “Help!” and “Oh crap” and “WTF?” and so on. Your original post title would have fallen into that category, which is why I changed it.

Whoa, I didn’t even notice that! Thanks a lot!

    You’re welcome! ??

w00t, found it. For some reason, I had to declare margin:0px;, even though I clearly remember it working fine without that…

Doesn’t IE support margin:0px? I’m asking because I’m having issues with IE too.

It does. That’s how I fixed my problem.

My menu bar doesn’t work in IE either. Frustrating but actually just about everyone that views my site seems to use mozilla.
