menu bar in twenty ten

I am customizing Twenty Ten. I am using a child theme.

1) I already changed the color of the menu bar from black to white and the font color from white to black. So, the text now is black against against an all white background.
What I would like to do now is to put two very thin grey lines on the borders above and under the menu bar to define it so that the text looks between these two lines.

2) Then, the black line on the footer… I would like to make it very thin and grey color.
