menu bar in mobile site needs double click instead of only one at menu bar

Hello i recently created my site using Moesia theme, and i loved it. Only two things are
when i try my site on a mobile platform, it needs to click twice every time i open the site for each link, instead of only clicking one.

Please help me with this with your feedback
