  • Hi Tanay,

    The issue you have because of the below code.

    #site-navigation-wrap .dropdown-menu >li >a {
        background: white!important;
        color: white;
    }

    Please check in the custom CSS field, if you have added this code.

    I did add that code. Now, I deleted that code from custom CSS and saved. I tried changing the background but still I’m facing the same issue.
    have a look :- https://prnt.sc/u6ozoo

    Hi Tanay,

    I checked again and code is still there, that is the reason for not reflecting your changes. Please check once again and try to clear the cache as well and check.

    I cleared cache and everything, it’s still there. Actually, this occurred before I even used that code a week ago, I don’t know, I changed menu background to white and later when I changed it to black, this issue started happening and then I used the code that you mentioned above to make the background whole white again.

    Hi Tanay,

    Then it could be the code coming from any plugin.
    Try to disable all the nonocean plugin and check if it is working or not. If yes, enable the one by one plugin, and refresh the customizer page after enabling each plugin, to check the conflict issue.

    Okay. I’ll try that. Thank you so much.
