    Hi there,

Do you have the pro version as it was built using that? If not, I’m not sure what you mean by it showing the hamburger icon instead of menu options. Please can you provide a link to your site and the exact issue?

Yep, I did buy the pro version. I have attached a screen shot of the page. As you can see there are no menu items visible and users first have to click the hamburger icon to get to the different menu options.

    Hi,

I have exactly the same question. I was looking in the plugin options and clicking around but couldn’t get the result. I also have bought and installed the Pro version.

The menu is integrated with a shortcode.

    Hi there,

What version do you have installed? If it is pre 1.0.7 please go and install this version as there was a bug previously.

Failing this, what do you have in the breakpoint width option?

    Hi,

I just re-downloaded from responsive.menu and re-installed the plugin. It says it is version 1.0.7.

May be I don’t understand something in the concept of the plugin and I should explain what I am trying to achieve.

I need 1 menu to show my website navigation for all screen sizes. To be more precise, I need 1 header that contains the logo and the navigation.

I am trying to achieve this using Responsive Menu Pro with a shortcode.

I imagine that it is possible to use Responsive Menu Pro like that:
    1. I activate the header option, so I can insert a website logo.
    2. I activate Single menu option to control the website menu just via the RM.
=> I imagine that for desktop, it will show the logo and the horizontal menu, while for smaller screen sizes it will show the logo and the hamburger.

What happens is that for desktop it shows just the horizontal menu till the breakpoint (800px), while for mobile it shows the logo and the hamburger.

I tried without Single menu option and with very high pixel breakpoint and then it shows the logo for desktop as well, but always only the hamburger (never horizontal menu).

So, what I am trying to achieve is it currently possible with Responsive Menu Pro or I should create a separate logo for the desktop, have header and single options clicked, and have this extra logo hiding after the breakpoint? Is this the only way?

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

Good point – I’ve just spent the last few hours re-designing how the header bar with single menu option enabled works as I see your point on the functionality of it.

It is currently in beta stage but if you send me an email to support [at] responsive [dot] menu I will be glad to send you over the latest BETA for testing (which includes a couple of other new features you may like).
