Menu appearance difficulties.

  • I have been having difficulties with my menu for a while now. I have seek help a couple of times, and although they helped me trough video call, I can’t recall what they changed or fixed, or what css they needed to apply and where. The real issue is most likely a plugin incompatibility since the last time an elementor expert helped me, he deactivated the auto-update feature and since, I have not had any problem, until now…
    I need help to solve this as soon as possible! I am trying to expand me crew, I have a radio ad coming up, and now the menu is displaying in columns instead of in a row for website and tablet version, and as an open hamburger on the mobile version, blocking access to any info on the website (the links on the mobile version are not responding).

    Really, any help would be greatly appreciated!!

    Looking at your site, you use ewo theme.

    Since you use a commercial theme and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    Commercial products are not supported in these forums.
