Menu and Submenu not working

1- I have a sub menu named “More” in backend and it’s working fine. See picture https://ibb.co/j3mhSQt

When I checked in front end in another browser also checked by another person in another country the sub menu isn’t working or isn’t showing up. See picture https://ibb.co/rQGHj1n

The drop-down submenu works for me. Just that the individual menu items have the dummy URL #, so when you click, it doesn’t go anywhere.

2- the menu entirely isn’t working in mobile view. It shows a hamburger icon but not working while clicking or tapping on it.

I don’t see a hamburger menu icon at all. The main menu is open by default (vertically). When I tap “More”, the drop-down works. As before, the individual menu items under “More” do not work because the URLs are just #. Android.

I have checked by changing theme but issue remain same.
Any help to fix this will be appropriated

It seems you’re using the Elementor page builder plugin to build your pages and the menu. That would explain why the problem persists across different themes.

So I’ll recommend you seek help from the plugin’s developers to resolve the issue.

As you’re using the PRO/Paid version of Elementor, you’ll need to contact the developer on their own website, as commercial products are not supported here at all.
