Menu and Search Not Working on Mobile

Hi,

It looks like the issue may be caused by the WP Minify plugin. It seems to be adding minification to WPtouch’s .js files. Take a look at WP Minify’s settings and find the area to exclude .js files. Add the list below, clear all caches/save changes and it should help resolve the issue.

Hi,
Thanks for the help however I’m struggling to find what you are asking me to look for. I don’t see any settings for this plugin and I’ve been up and down the plugin files and can’t find anything either. I’m not computer savvy unfortunately. Is there a way to direct me to the spot I need to copy paste the above please? Thanks Emilio

Hi Emilio,
I figured out how to copy paste the above into minify to exlude js. I did that and cleared the cache with-in minify and the search and menu still do not work on mobile. Any other suggestions?

Thank you for trying that. Does briefly deactivating WP Minify (and clear all its caches) make a difference? Deactivating it briefly will at least let us know if the issue is being caused by it specifically.

If it doesn’t, check if any of the other plugins may be causing the issue by deactivating them one at a time, starting with the ones you suspect may be the culprit.

Hi Emilio and team,

I’m experiencing this same problem on my site highlinequartet.com/mobile. I can see the menu, but when I click anything the menu just collapses and doesn’t navigate to the page. Can you see what’s causing it? I’ve tried disabling W3 Total Cache to no avail.

Update
I deactivated Minify plugin and now the search works on mobile and the huge blank space that was at the top is filled in with a carousel of photos which is great. The only issue now is how do I continue using minify plugin and get the MENU to work on mobile as that is still not working. Any ideas, let me know please. I’m listening. Thanks. Mr.CBB
