menu and search not working in WPtouch Mobile Plugin 3.1.5

I have used the previous version with out any problem but now find that the MENU and Search functions are not working.

I’ve deactivated and reactivated all other pulgins to see if there was a conflict, but no result.

I really like this plugin, but whilst it doesn’t display correctly have de activated it.
Any suggestions as to what I can do?? Where do I find out which iQuery file is being loaded to check if this is causing the problem??
