Menu and logo disappears

  • Hello,

    I’m running a WooCommerce shop under WordPress.
    The page is active. Since a few days ago I have the following problem:
    My logo and the menu disappear suddenly despite I didn’t change any theme settings.
    First time I thought it was because an update.
    Next time I remember only, that I had changed the Email-Sender in the settings.
    Once it happens with theme “A”, the problem remains with this theme.
    If I change to theme “B” (I install a new one), everything is OK for a while.
    But also there the same thing happens after a while.

    I know it sounds quite weird, but is unfortunately like I wrote.

    Any idea?

    thank you for your answer.

    The page is running without problems at the moment.
    It means most probably you wouldn’t see anything strange now.

    I can’t do it for now, but it would maybe make more sence to switch to an corrupt theme before. Than at least you would see that the logo and menu are mising.

    But as I wrote, I can’t do it now :(.
    Only time would be at night about 2 or 3 o’clock German time (UTC+2).
    If I’m right than you live in USA and it would be too late for you.
    Right?

    Hi,

    it is (at least for me) incredibel, but it happened again, after I had changed only the system time in wordpress.
    Can you belive this?
    I could fix it due to an existing backup.
