Menu and load on scroll option dissapeared

Hi.
After update the plugin to the last version, the load on scroll option dissapeared. Also, the menu on the comments section gone. I need to go to the plugin settings throught plugins page.
The url is edit-comments.php?page=disqus. There is another url for more settings?
