menu anchor vs click button anchor

If I click on shop, the screen “scrolls down” until it gets to the shop page. If I set the anchor on the Click button on the front page to #shop and click on it, it “jumps” to the shop page but not in the same position (it’s about 100 px too far down). Is there a way to have the click button have the same effect as clicking the menu item (meaning it would scroll to the anchor instead of jumping, and would “end up” at the same position either way.
