Menu Access Error & WP Bakery Update Issue

  • Hello Everyone,

    I installed WordPress and Martfury Theme, at first everything was working well until the new WP Bakery Page Builder 6.13 was released. So firstly when I try to run the update it just stops on this screen https://prnt.sc/xxW0gi0YVoIM and I also noticed that since the update came out when I try accessing menus in appearance, I am now getting this error https://prnt.sc/EyqMIjkjruHN when I tried researching about the error it had something to do with the mbstring not being enabled on the server and when I contacted the server guys they said that module has been deprecated therefore cannot be enabled on a shared hosting environment.

    Kindly assist me with solving this. Thanks
